Cognitive skills training in the development of core skills your brain uses to think, read, learn, remember, reason, and pay attention. Working together, they take incoming information and frame it into the bank of knowledge you use every day. 

Each of your cognitive skills plays an important part in processing information. If there is an imbalance or weakness in your cognitive skill-seT, the ability to grasp, retain or use that information can be significantly impaired.

Mental skills training is the systematic approach aimed at the development of psychological skills to enhance performance, preparation and recovery. 

Using empirically-driven techniques, our aim IS to maximize the psychological skills that UNDERPIN achievement of short and long-term goals and sustainable success.

 

SEMINARS, LECTURES AND TEAM WORKSHOPS

Offering engaging speeches and WORKSHOPS aimed to improve focus, increase confidence, and heighten motivation. PLEASE CONTACT to receive more information. 

GROUP SESSIONS

  • Uses a variety of interactive activities, workshops, and discussions.

  • Includes a custom outline and overview that includes the specific concepts your team would like to address.

  • Build team skills such as collaboration, communication, cohesion, as well as individual skills such as confidence, motivation, and commitment.

  • Groups may include sports teams, businesses, classrooms, group clubs, or events.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

  • Includes an initial consult to explore finances and expectations.

  • 50-minute sessions are scheduled weekly.

  • This process is a “two-way street”. Please be prepared to complete unique worksheets, assignments, and activities.

  • All sessions are conducted in a previously agreed upon, confidential environment and location.

  • All services are offered online with appropriate consent and technological availability.
